I think he got my hate message or something, LOL.
anywho, just go to "Customize profile" under "profile" on your navigation bar. You'll see at the very top in gray in letters is "go back" and then click "go back to profile 1.0"

You can't. Only the people who signed up earlier can change the layout style.
you cant sorry, but you can but the mood on your profile update to the new internet then go to edit profile, then click profile editor select mood and put it on your page, hope i could help! [:
